Core Textאָמַר רַבִּי יִצְחָק: יִצְרוֹ שֶׁל אָדָם מִתְגַּבֵּר עָלָיו בְּכׇל יוֹם, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וְכׇל יֵצֶר מַחְשְׁבֹת לִבּוֹ רַק רַע כׇּל הַיּוֹם.
English of Core Text: Rabbi Yitzchak said: A man’s inclination overpowers him every day, as it is said “and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the day.”
On the daf / in context: The phrase “all the day” is taken as a continuous, daily onslaught of the yetzer.

What Is Learned: The evil inclination renews its attack on a person every single day.
