אֵ֚לֶּה תּוֹלְדֹ֣ת נֹ֔חַ נֹ֗חַ אִ֥ישׁ צַדִּ֛יק תָּמִ֥ים הָיָ֖ה בְּדֹֽרֹתָ֑יו אֶת־הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים הִֽתְהַלֶּךְ־נֹֽחַ׃

These are the generations of Noach: Noach was a righteous man, blameless in his generations; Noach walked with God.

צַדִּיק תָּמִים — צַדִּיק בְּמַעֲשָׂיו, תָּמִים בְּדְרָכָיו.

English: “A righteous man, blameless” — righteous in his deeds, blameless in his ways.

On the daf / in context: The two adjectives are parsed as distinct attributes: “tzaddik” describes the quality of actions; “tamim” describes the integrity of one’s overall path and character.
