וַיִּרְא֤וּ אֹתָהּ֙ שָׂרֵ֣י פַרְעֹ֔ה וַיְהַֽלְל֥וּ אֹתָ֖הּ אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֑ה וַתֻּקַּ֥ח הָאִשָּׁ֖ה בֵּ֥ית פַּרְעֹֽה׃

Pharaoh’s courtiers saw her and praised her to Pharaoh, and the woman was taken into Pharaoh’s palace.

וַיְהַלְּלוּ אֹתָהּ אֶל פַּרְעֹה — הִלְּלוּהָ בֵּינֵיהֶם לוֹמַר: הֲגוּנָה זוֹ לַמֶּלֶךְ. לֹא שֶׁהֵבִיאוּהָ מִיָּד, אֶלָּא שֶׁשִּׁבְּחוּהָ כְּרָאוּיָה לְבֵית הַמַּלְכוּת.

English: “They praised her to Pharaoh” — they praised her among themselves, saying: This one is fit for the king. Not that they brought her at once, but that they lauded her as worthy of the royal house.

On the daf / in context: Rashi reads the praise as internal consultation among the officials: Sarah is graded as royal-quality. The midrashic chain then continues to her restraint in the palace as a merit for later generations of Jewish women.

What Is Learned: The officials’ praise is the mechanism by which Sarah enters Pharaoh’s house; the language stresses fitness for kingship, not mere seizure, and sets up the subsequent plagues “on account of Sarai, Avram’s wife.”
