וַיָּ֕שֶׁב אֵ֖ת כׇּל־הָרְכֻ֑שׁ וְגַם֩ אֶת־ל֨וֹט אָחִ֤יו וּרְכֻשׁוֹ֙ הֵשִׁ֔יב וְגַ֥ם אֶת־הַנָּשִׁ֖ים וְאֶת־הָעָֽם׃

He brought back all the possessions; he also brought back his kinsman Lot and his possessions, and the women and the rest of the people.

וַיָּשֶׁב אֵת כָּל הָרְכֻשׁ — לֹא רַק אֶת לוֹט, אֶלָּא אֶת כָּל אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבָּה, לְלַמֵּד עַל חַסְדּוֹ שֶׁל אַבְרָהָם שֶׁלֹּא וִתֵּר עַל נֶפֶשׁ.

English: He brought back all the possessions — not only Lot, but everyone who had been taken, teaching Avraham’s kindness that he did not abandon a single soul.

On the daf / in context: The verse stresses total restoration. Midrash and classical readers note that Avraham’s campaign ends in complete recovery of people and property, setting up the subsequent refusal of the king of Sodom’s offer.
