וְאֶתְּנָ֥ה בְרִיתִ֖י בֵּינִ֣י וּבֵינֶ֑ךָ וְאַרְבֶּ֥ה אוֹתְךָ֖ בִּמְאֹ֥ד מְאֹֽד׃

I will establish My covenant between Me and you, and I will make you exceedingly numerous.

וְאַרְבֶּה אוֹתְךָ בִּמְאֹד מְאֹד — כָּפַל ״מְאֹד״, רֶמֶז לִשְׁנֵי רִבּוּיִים: רִבּוּי הַגּוּף וְרִבּוּי הָרוּחַ, זֶרַע כְּכוֹכְבֵי הַשָּׁמַיִם.

English: I will make you exceedingly numerous — the doubled “me’od” hints at two multiplications: bodily increase and spiritual increase, offspring like the stars of heaven.

On the daf / in context: The doubled intensifier is read as encoding both quantitative and qualitative blessing under the new covenant of circumcision that is about to be commanded.
