וַיּ֥וֹאֶל מֹשֶׁ֖ה לָשֶׁ֣בֶת אֶת־הָאִ֑ישׁ וַיִּתֵּ֛ן אֶת־צִפֹּרָ֥ה בִתּ֖וֹ לְמֹשֶֽׁה׃

Moses consented to stay with the man, and he gave Moses his daughter Zipporah as wife.

ויואל משה — נדר במותא הרי זה כנוי לשבועה\ldots בנדר דנדר משה שנאמר ויואל משה.

English: “And Moshe was willing” — [concerning] a vow “by death,” this is a euphemism for an oath\ldots referring to the vow that Moshe vowed, as it is said “and Moshe was willing.”
