English: “And the innards and the legs he shall wash with water” – in the same manner as with the cattle olah; it is a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of pleasing fragrance.
Completion of the parallel between the cattle and flock olah — the remaining details of washing and arrangement are identical.
The final stages of washing and offering the flock animal follow the same pattern, closing the first aliyah with the affirmation that every properly brought olah is a “pleasing fragrance” before Hashem.
