תָּנֵי: הַכֹּל בָּאִין בְּשֻׁתָּפוּת… דִּכְתִיב (אמור) לְכָל נִדְרֵיהֶם וּלְכָל נִדְבוֹתָם אֲשֶׁר יַקְרִיבוּ… וְלֹא סִלֵּק הַכָּתוּב אֶלָּא מִנְחָה, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בָּהּ נֶפֶשׁ.
English: A baraisa: All [voluntary offerings] may come in partnership… as it is written (Emor) “for all their vows and all their freewill offerings that they shall bring”… and Scripture set aside only the mincha, of which it says “a soul (nefesh).”
On the daf / in context: The sugya pairs a general rule (voluntary offerings in partnership from the plural “they shall bring”) with a singular exception: mincha is introduced by nefesh, so it is not brought jointly.
