English: You shall not eat any fat or any blood.
Chukah lasting for all generations — applies in every dwelling place.
It is an eternal statute for all generations, in all dwelling places: no chelev and no blood may be eaten. The ban is not limited to the Temple or to sacrificial meat alone.
