English: He shall lean his hand on the head of the bull and slaughter the bull before Hashem.
Semichah by the sinner himself — even the Kohen Gadol leans on his own chatat.
The anointed kohen brings the bull to the entrance of the Ohel Moed, performs semichah, and it is slaughtered before Hashem — the standard opening avodos of this chatat.
