זאת התורה לעולה למנחה ולחטאת ולאשם ולמלואים ולזבח השלמים — סיכום כל התורות של הקרבנות שנאמרו בפרשה.

“This is the law of the burnt-offering, of the meal-offering, and of the sin-offering, and of the guilt-offering, and of the consecration-offering, and of the sacrifice of peace-offerings” — a summary of all the “torah” units of the offerings that have been stated in the parasha.

On the daf / in context

These final verses of chapter 7 recapitulate the entire series of “zos toras…” units and explicitly link them to the command given at Sinai. They also introduce the miluim (consecration) that will be narrated in chapter 8.
