Parashas Naso
וְסַ֣ל מַצּ֗וֹת סֹ֤לֶת חַלֹּת֙ בְּלוּלֹ֣ת בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן וּרְקִיקֵ֥י מַצּ֖וֹת מְשֻׁחִ֣ים בַּשָּׁ֑מֶן וּמִנְחָתָ֖ם וְנִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃
a basket of unleavened cakes of choice flour with oil mixed in, and unleavened wafers spread with oil; and the proper grain offerings and libations.
Torah Temimah points to TT / Nazir (verified).
ומנחתם ונסכיהם — בעולתו ובשלמיו הכתוב מדבר.
English: “And their meal-offering and their drink-offerings” — Scripture speaks of his burnt-offering and his peace-offerings.
Custom
Chazal assign the drink-offerings to the olah and shelamim of the nazir, not to the chatas.
