לִפְנֵי מִזְבַּח ה' – מַגִּישָׁן עַל קֶרֶן דְּרוֹמִית מַעֲרָבִית וּמַנִּיחָהּ בִּדְרוֹמִית שֶׁל קֶרֶן
English: “before the altar of Hashem” — he brings them to the south-western corner and places them on the southern side of that corner.
