אָרוּר אֲשֶׁר לֹא־יָקִים אֶת־דִּבְרֵי הַתּוֹרָה־הַזֹּאת לַעֲשׂוֹת אוֹתָם וְאָמַר כׇּל־הָעָם אָמֵן׃

Cursed be he who does not uphold the words of this Torah to do them. And all the people shall say Amen.

נִמְצָא אַרְבָּעִים וּשְׁמוֹנֶה בְּרִיתוֹת עַל כׇּל מִצְוָה וּמִצְוָה… הַכְּלָל בָּא לְהוֹסִיף עַל הַפְּרָט.

English: It turns out that there are forty-eight covenants for every single commandment… The general comes to add upon the particular.

On the daf: The final general curse (and its corresponding blessing) encompasses all the preceding particular ones. Together they form a complete framework in which every commandment is covered both specifically and under the general obligation to uphold the entire Torah.
