וַאֲבָֽרֲכָה֙ מְבָ֣רְכֶ֔יךָ וּמְקַלֶּלְךָ֖ אָאֹ֑ר וְנִבְרְכ֣וּ בְךָ֔ כֹּ֖ל מִשְׁפְּחֹ֥ת הָאֲדָמָֽה׃

I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse; and all the families of the earth shall be blessed through you.

Core Text אָמַר רַבִּי יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בֶּן לֵוִי, כָּל כֹּהֵן שֶׁמְּבָרֵךְ מִתְבָּרֵךְ, וְשֶׁאֵינוֹ מְבָרֵךְ אֵינוֹ מִתְבָּרֵךְ, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וַאֲבָרְכָה מְבָרְכֶיךָ.
English of Core Text: R. Yehoshua b. Levi said: every Kohen who blesses is himself blessed, and one who does not bless is not blessed, as it is said “I will bless those who bless you.”
On the daf / in context: Applied to Birkat Kohanim: the verse is read as a reciprocal principle — the blesser receives blessing.
