וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ אִ֖ישׁ מִבֵּ֣ית לֵוִ֑י וַיִּקַּ֖ח אֶת־בַּת־לֵוִֽי׃
And a man of the house of Levi went and took a daughter of Levi.
Torah Temimah points to R’ Yehudah bar Zevina — Sotah 12a (verified).
וילך איש — להיכן הלך? א״ר יהודה בר זבינא: שהלך בעצת בתו.
English: “And a man went” — where did he go? R’ Yehudah bar Zevina said: He went by the counsel of his daughter.
Custom — reading “went” as accepting counsel.
Chazal teach that Amram’s remarriage was prompted by Miriam’s prophetic counsel.
