Parashas Shemos
And a man of the house of Levi went and took a daughter of Levi.
Torah Temimah points to R’ Yehudah bar Zevina — Sotah 12a (verified).
English: “And he took” — it should have said “and he returned.” R’ Yehudah bar Zevina said: He performed a full marriage ceremony for her; he seated her in a bridal litter, and Aharon and Miriam danced before her, and the ministering angels said “A joyful mother of children.”
Custom — intensifying reading of vayikach.
Chazal teach that Amram’s remarriage was conducted with full bridal honors, signaling the end of despair.
