וַיִּֽחַר־אַ֨ף יְהֹוָ֜ה בְּמֹשֶׁ֗ה וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ הֲלֹ֨א אַהֲרֹ֤ן אָחִ֙יךָ֙ הַלֵּוִ֔י יָדַ֕עְתִּי כִּֽי־דַבֵּ֥ר יְדַבֵּ֖ר ה֑וּא וְגַ֤ם הִנֵּה־הוּא֙ יֹצֵ֣א לִקְרָאתֶ֔ךָ וְרָאֲךָ֖ וְשָׂמַ֥ח בְּלִבּֽוֹ׃
GOD became angry with Moses and said, “There is your brother Aaron the Levite. He, I know, speaks readily. Even now he is setting out to meet you, and he will be happy to see you.
Torah Temimah points to R’ Yehoshua ben Levi — Zevachim 102a (verified).
ויחר אף ה׳ — א״ר יהושע בן לוי: כל חרון אף שבתורה נאמר בו רושם.
English: “And the anger of Hashem burned” — R’ Yehoshua ben Levi said: Every instance of “charon af” in the Torah leaves a lasting mark.

Chazal teach that divine “charon af” in the Torah is never without lasting effect.
