Chabad.org — English translation + Rashi
Torah Temima points to Zevachim 85a and Chullin 11a (verified; dismember only a valid offering; cut limb by limb, not pieces into pieces).
E-Daf — Zevachim 85a · E-Daf — Chullin 11a
English: “And he shall cut it into its pieces” — “it,” a valid [offering], and not an invalid one. “It into its pieces” — it into its pieces, and not its pieces into [further] pieces.
R’ Eliezer #2 (מיעוט) — exclusion from the pronoun “it” (only a valid olah is dismembered this way) and from “its pieces” (limbs are not further subdivided).
Only a valid olah is flayed and cut into limbs in the prescribed order. An invalid offering is not treated that way. The cutting is limb by limb; the limbs themselves are not chopped into smaller pieces.
