English: The sons of Aharon the kohanim shall arrange the pieces, the head, and the fat upon the wood that is on the fire that is on the altar.
Custom (order and assignment of arrangement) — the kohanim arrange the limbs, head, and suet on the prepared wood and fire.
After flaying and cutting, the pieces (including head and fat) are arranged by the kohanim on the wood that already rests on the fire on the altar.
