English: Its innards and its legs he shall wash with water, and the kohen shall cause the whole to go up in smoke on the altar; it is an olah, a fire-offering of pleasing aroma to Hashem.
Custom (procedural detail of the olah) — washing precedes the final burning; the entire animal (as arranged) is burned as the olah.
The innards and legs are washed before the final arrangement and burning. The kohen burns the whole upon the altar; the offering is identified as an olah and as a fire-offering of pleasing aroma.
