English: Regarding the word “leimor” (saying): From where do we know that one who tells a matter to his fellow is forbidden to [further] say it until the first person says to him “Go and say”? As it is stated: “And the Lord spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying.”
Ribbui / diyuk from the extra word “leimor” — the additional language teaches that one may not repeat what one has heard unless given explicit permission to say it.
When someone confides information to you, you may not pass it on until the original speaker gives explicit permission (“go and say”).
