English: “And cut it into its pieces” – into its pieces, and not into pieces of its pieces (i.e., do not over-cut).
Limitation of the extent of the cutting of the offering — the pieces are divided according to the prescribed pattern, not further.
The animal is divided into its natural sections without further subdivision, preserving the dignity of the korban.
