English: As an offering of first-fruits you may bring them to Hashem — but they shall not go up on the altar for a pleasing aroma.

Shtei ha-lechem and similar first-fruit offerings may contain chametz (or, in other contexts, sweet produce), yet they are not placed on the altar fire as a reiach nichoach.
