כָּל־הַמִּנְחָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר תַּקְרִ֙יבוּ֙ לַיהֹוָ֔ה לֹ֥א תֵעָשֶׂ֖ה חָמֵ֑ץ כִּ֤י כָל־שְׂאֹר֙ וְכָל־דְּבַ֔שׁ לֹֽא־תַקְטִ֧ירוּ מִמֶּ֛נּוּ אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַיהֹוָֽה׃

אִלּוּ נֶאֱמַר אֲשֶׁר תַּקְרִיבוּ לַה׳ לֹא תֵעָשֶׂה חָמֵץ, הָיִיתִי אוֹמֵר אֵין לִי אֶלָּא קֹמֶץ; תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר כָּל הַמִּנְחָה — לְרַבּוֹת הַמִּנְחָה כֻּלָּהּ.
English: If it had said only “that you offer to Hashem shall not be made leavened,” I would say only the kometz; “every mincha” includes the entire offering.
