English: Marchesheshet — a vessel that was in the Mikdash, deep.
Definition from the name and the process — the depth keeps the oil pooled so the dough “moves” (rochesh).
A meal-offering made in a deep pan (marchesheshet) is prepared with fine flour and oil. Because the vessel is deep, the oil gathers and the mixture appears to move as it cooks.
