English: And the sons of Aharon, the kohanim, shall dash the blood on the altar all around.
Zerikas hadam for kodashim kalim — two sprinklings that count as four (on the corners / around).
For shelamim, the blood is dashed against the altar round about (typically understood as two matanot that constitute four). This is the blood service of peace-offerings.
