אִם הַכֹּהֵן הַמָּשִׁיחַ יֶחֱטָא — פְּרָט לַקּוֹדְמוֹת; חָטָא עַד שֶׁלֹּא נִתְמַנָּה וְאַחַר כָּךְ נִתְמַנָּה — הֲרֵי הוּא כְּהֶדְיוֹט.
English: “If the anointed kohen will sin” — excluding prior [sins]; if he sinned before appointment and was later appointed, he is like a commoner.
On the daf / in context: Mishnah/baraisa: the special chatas applies only to sins committed while he already holds the office of anointed High Priest.
