English: He shall put blood on the horns of the incense altar… and all the rest of the bull’s blood he shall pour at the base of the burnt-offering altar.
Two stages of residual blood service — horns inside, then the remainder at the outer base.
After the seven sprinklings, blood is applied to the horns of the golden incense altar; whatever remains is poured at the base of the outer olah altar near the entrance of the Ohel Moed.
