English: “He shall offer the one for the chatas first” — a prototype (binyan av) for all chatas offerings that accompany olah offerings: whether bird with bird or animal with animal, the chatas precedes the olah.
In Sifra: The explicit order in the bird pair becomes the model for every mixed chatas–olah pair; the chatas is always performed first.
