וְנָתַתִּ֧י מְטַֽר־אַרְצְכֶ֛ם בְּעִתּ֖וֹ יוֹרֶ֣ה וּמַלְק֑וֹשׁ וְאָסַפְתָּ֣ דְגָנֶ֔ךָ וְתִירֹֽשְׁךָ֖ וְיִצְהָרֶֽךָ׃

IeI That is, GOD; Samaritan reads in the 3rd person. will grant the rain for your land in season, the early rain and the late. You shall gather in your new grain and wine and oil—

יורה ומלקוש. ת"ר, יורה שמורה את הבריות להטיח גגותיהם ולהכניס את פירותיהם ולעשות כל צרכיהם , דבר אחר יורה – שמרוה את הארץ ומשקה עד התהום ויורד בנחת ולא בזעף

English: Our Rabbis taught: Yoreh — that instructs people to plaster their roofs, bring in their produce, and attend to all their needs. Another interpretation: yoreh — that saturates the earth and waters to the depths, descending gently and not in fury.
