English: “Yoreh and malkosh” — yoreh in Marcheshvan and malkosh in Nisan. Or perhaps yoreh in Kislev? Scripture says “in its time, yoreh and malkosh”: just as malkosh falls in its proper time, so yoreh falls in its proper time.
Custom (timing of early and late rains)
Both rains must come in their appointed seasons; “in its time” governs yoreh as well as malkosh.
