English: “You shall take of the first” — even a single cluster, even a single dried fig. Might one think that bikkurim must come only from the choicest? Scripture says “all the fruit” — even from what is less choice.
In Sifrei: There is no minimum measure. A single fruit or cluster suffices. The word “all” further prevents restricting the obligation to only the very finest specimens of the seven species.
