English: “that You have given me” — one who buys two trees within another’s field brings [bikkurim] but does not recite.
In Sifrei: The midrash reads successive phrases of the declaration or the curse, assigning each a concrete referent or legal implication drawn from the surrounding narrative or parallel verses.

R’ Eliezer #2 — Mi'ut (exclusion). A restriction from the limiting expression “that You have given me” — the land itself must belong to the bringer for the full declaration to be said.
What Is Learned
Chazal teach that the declaration requires ownership of the soil. One who owns only trees (not the ground) may bring the fruit but cannot truthfully say “the land that You have given me.”
