English: “For Aharon and for his sons” — for Aharon first, and afterward for his sons.
Order of the names — Aharon is listed before his sons, unlike the usual phrase “the sons of Aharon the kohanim.”
The verse teaches a priority for Aharon (and by extension for a Kohen Gadol) to receive a share without dispute, while ordinary kohanim divide by lottery or agreement.
