English: Fine flour mixed with oil; it shall be matzah.
Plain sense reinforced by parallel minchah laws — the griddle offering shares the leaven ban of other menachot.
A meal-offering prepared on a griddle (machavas) must be unleavened. Oil is mixed in; frankincense and kemitzah follow the general minchah rules.
