English: He shall bring his offering: a male goat, unblemished.
Animal matched to rank — the nasi’s chatat is a male se’ir, between the bull of the kohen/congregation and the female of the ordinary person.
Once the nasi becomes aware of his sin, he brings a male goat (se’ir izzim) without blemish as his chatat.
