English: All its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the shelamim; the kohen shall make atonement for him from his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.
Kapparah formula — the standard close of an outer chatat.
The chelev is burned as with shelamim. The kohen’s avodah effects kapparah, and the nasi is forgiven.
