English: He shall remove all its fat… and the kohen shall burn it on the altar for a pleasing aroma to Hashem; the kohen shall make atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.
Kapparah and selichah formula — closes the goat-chatat of the individual.
After the blood is applied to the horns of the outer altar, all the chelev is removed as with shelamim and burned. The kohen’s service brings kapparah and the sinner is forgiven.
