For GOD’s anger will flare up against you, shutting up the skies so that there will be no rain and the ground will not yield its produce; and you will soon perish from the good land that GOD is assigning to you.

English: Rav Yosef taught: “He will shut up the heavens” — from the clouds and from the winds. Or is it only from the rain? When it says “and there will be no rain,” rain is already stated. How then do I establish “He will shut up the heavens”? From the clouds and from the winds.
