וְהִקְרִיב֙ מִזֶּ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֔ים אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַיהֹוָ֑ה אֶת־הַחֵ֨לֶב֙ הַֽמְכַסֶּ֣ה אֶת־הַקֶּ֔רֶב וְאֵת֙ כָּל־הַחֵ֔לֶב אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־הַקֶּֽרֶב׃ … כָּל־חֵלֶב וְכָל־דָּם לֹ֥א תֹאכֵֽלוּ׃

From the shelamim he shall offer the fat covering the innards and all the fat upon the innards… all fat and all blood you shall not eat.
